2. Licensing and Regulatory Framework

We operate under a Malta Gaming Authority B2C Gaming Service Licence, reference MGA/B2C/908/2021, granted on 29 October 2021. Here at BetHard, we also hold a licence issued by the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen), and we use BankID authentication for players in Sweden. 3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Who Can Register

To create an account at BetHard Casino, you must meet the following requirements:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

At BetHard, we accept deposits via Trustly, Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter, Siru Mobile, MiFinity, Interac, AstroPay, and D24 (Directa24). The minimum deposit amount is displayed in our cashier at the time of your transaction. Please note the following:

• A minimum cumulative deposit of €30 is required before any withdrawal can be requested.
• All deposits must be wagered at least 1x before a withdrawal is processed.
• Deposits made via Paysafecard do not qualify for any bonus offers.
• Neteller and Skrill deposits are excluded from our bethard welcome bonus eligibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Here at BetHard Casino, withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit. We only process withdrawals in the name of the registered account holder. Accepted withdrawal methods include Trustly, Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter, MiFinity, AstroPay, and D24. Processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets: typically within a few minutes to 24 hours.
• Credit/debit cards and bank transfers: 2–5 business days.

For wins of €100,000 or more, where more than 50% is withdrawn at once, we reserve the right to pay the amount in 10 equal monthly instalments of 10% each, with no interest applied.

5. KYC Verification

We are required by law to verify the identity of all our players. At BetHard, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory at the latest once your cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000. Payouts will only be processed once verification is successfully completed. If we request verification documents and you do not provide them, any pending withdrawal will be cancelled until verification is finalised. If verification is not completed within 30 days of our request, your account may be frozen.
